You will need:

  • a handful of walnuts
  • chicken breast chopped
  • a glass of milk
  • teriyaki sauce
  • rice or pasta or couscous

Roast the walnuts for a few minutes in a dry pan. Remove for later use.

Place your chicken pieces in a pan with milk and start to cook. When the chicken has cooked throughout drain the excess milk. I used the milk here to keep the chicken moist.

Add teriyaki sauce and keep cooking. Finally add the roasted walnuts again. Mix in your cooked rice, pasta, couscous or quinoa (for a low carb version).
