As you might have noticed, I enjoy entertaining at home and I often try to organize themed nights. The challenge is in coming up with new dishes that conform with the theme and it’s always fun to see what my friends come up with. Here are some pictures from a tapas night. We didn’t stick to strictly Spanish dishes, but even the less adventurous amongst us could think of a simple dish to bring..

Don't forget the themed drinks too!

I added dried fruits, dried berries, spices and chopped apples to store-bought sangria.

This delicious cheese got gobbled up in no time!

We also made the Spelt Calamari rings which I’ve already posted here.
