We’ve had a special request to include some very simple, cheap and cheerful dishes for the students out there. The previous post for Aglio e Olio pasta is one such dish. The following is a simple recipe for a salad dressing. A sure way to make those veggies taste better. You will need a small jar or clean bottle for vigorous mixing of the emulsion.
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
NB: all herbs can be of the dried variety and all ingredients have a long shelf date – convenient for student life!
Mix in desired quantities and shake shake shake it baby 😉
