It’s that time of the year 🙂

Lay your chestnuts flat side down and cut a cross through the skin with a sharp knife (I got an adult to do it).

Roast in a 200 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes until cooked and soft. . The skin will peel back as they cook.

Try one to check if they are done

Peel (the skin should now come off easily) and eat as soon as they are cool enough to touch.
