This method of deseeding a pomegranate has been doing the rounds lately, but what do you do once you’ve gotten all the seeds out – aside from scoffing it down by the handfuls?
I like to add it to salads – such as the one below with mature cheddar, cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, olives and capers (dressing is with olive oil, French mustard and ground pepper; mix in just before serving)
