Add (basically all are optional, though some good olive oil goes a long way – before or after cooking too):

– knobs of butter

– chopped parsley

– olive oil

– freshly ground pepper

– Himalayan salt

– lemon juice

– diced garlic

Place in the oven on medium heat, flip over after a few minutes (about 4-5 minutes) when steak fish becomes opaque. Be extra careful when cooking King prawns as these tend to over-cook easily; in this case the fish fillets were finely sliced so they took the same amount of time to cook. If your fillets are thicker or you are not sure, place the prawns in a separate dish and remove from the oven earlier.
