We once again look back at our beloved red soup and fondly repeat the experience with a new variant. This time we decided to add a meaty touch to it.
You will need:
- to make the red soup
- minced meat
- 1 or 2 eggs
- choice of herbs
You’re going to have to get your hands in there for this one – so if you’re a bit put off at the thought of mashing raw meat in your hands, this is one recipe you might want to avoid. I’m just kidding of course!! You never give up.. so the way to do this is to juggle things around with a bowl and a tablespoon.
Mix the meat, eggs, herbs and bread crumbs to a consistency which lets you form ball shapes with your hands (or with two tablespoons)
Now slowly lower your meat balls into the cooking soup and stir very cautiously so as not to break the balls up. The meat balls should take about 20 minutes to cook on high heat. Test one before serving..
