Open up your windows before cooking this – the beef makes a smell while crisping.
You will need (each portion):
1 or 2 minute steaks
1 tablespoon fish sauce
100ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
dash of sesame oil
1 heaped teaspoon honey
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon green curry paste
Noodles – one portion per person depending on type preferred.
Marinade your steaks in the fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
In a hot skillet, cook until sticky and dark, turning every few minutes.
In the mean time, cook your noodles in coconut milk and green curry paste (the paste should be dissolved in the coconut milk before adding your noodles). I used angel hair rice vermicelli but your preferred type will do.
When your noodles are almost cooked through, slice the beef and add it to the pan. Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped coriander.
