For this lovely seafood dish, you will need:
– about 25g of cooking butter
– 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
– 1 cup raw calamari rings
– 1 cup raw peeled prawns
– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

The above portions were served as a main dish for two people.

Once all the butter has melted, throw in all the seafood together. Toss continuously on high heat until the prawns start to whiten. Throw in the parsley when you’re almost done cooking.
